EverTrue was founded on a simple idea: customers should be able to understand what they are buying, where it comes from and the standards behind it. Across every EverTrue collection, we are building our product development process around quality, transparency, documentation and responsible Canadian regulatory pathways.
The EverTrue Standard
Quality is more than a number on a specification sheet. It begins with the manufacturer, continues through ingredient and product sourcing, and depends on documentation, testing, traceability and consistency throughout the process.
As EverTrue products are developed, suppliers and manufacturing partners are evaluated according to the requirements of each product category. The exact standards may differ between skincare, wellness products, professional products and other regulated categories — but the expectation for transparency does not.

Sourcing & Manufacturing
We look beyond the finished product. Manufacturing capabilities, ingredient sourcing, quality systems, documentation and traceability are considered when evaluating potential partners.

Testing & Verification
Testing requirements are determined by the product and its regulatory category. Where appropriate, EverTrue intends to incorporate independent verification as an additional layer of quality oversight rather than relying solely on supplier claims.

Transparency & Traceability
Our goal is to make meaningful product information accessible. As products launch, documentation and traceability will be incorporated wherever appropriate so customers can better understand the standards behind what they purchase.

Regulatory Responsibility
Different EverTrue products may fall under different Canadian regulatory frameworks. Regulatory requirements are considered during product development, and regulated products will only be introduced through an appropriate Canadian pathway.
We would rather take longer than lower the standard.
EverTrue is being built for the long term. Product decisions will not be based on speed alone. Quality, documentation, regulatory considerations and the ability to stand behind what carries the EverTrue name come first.
What transparency will look like
As our collections launch, we want customers to have access to useful information — not simply marketing language.
Clear product information
Straightforward information about ingredients, formulation and intended use where applicable.
Batch & lot traceability
Lot-level identification and documentation appropriate to the individual product category.
Supporting documentation
Relevant testing, quality or regulatory information made accessible where appropriate.
Honest communication
Clear distinction between established evidence, emerging research and what remains uncertain.
